“Unstaffed Tube stations”
Well: – ON Wed 15th Novemeber, my wife got off at Chalfont, with luggage ( Two-day professional course nearby ) quite early in the evening.
No staff at all to help her with destination, as she should have gone out on the North side, & had to “close up” with another passenger, to get out in the end.
If someone had been a disabled passenger, it really would not have been funny.
The BBC article definitely highlights an ongoing & seemingly ignored problem.
