    So who here thinks that there is anything Network Rail can do to fix London Bridge for this year? Trains were late again this morning, although not as badly as before.

    I presume they’ll fix up dodgy signals and points fairly quickly, but they simply can’t add more tracks (down to 3 from 6 because of the Bermondsey Diveunder work) because there isn’t anywhere to put them. So one delay seems to have a massive knock-on effect.

    At Chesham, off-peak starts at 9:10. I don’t see a problem there…

      The off-peak *cap* starts at 09.10; off-peak prices start at 09.30. So if you touch in at Chesham at 09.29, the peak fare will be charged, but will only count towards the off-peak cap.
