Free FreeRenowned pop artist and Chiswick resident, Sir Peter Blake will launch the Chiswick Timeline mural at Turnham Green Terrace next Sunday (28 January) at 12.30pm.
He will be assisted in the unveiling by two other well-known members of the artistic community, Marthe Armitage and Jan Pienkowski, in the presence of the Mayor of Hounslow, the Deputy Lord Lieutenant of Hounslow and the MP for Brentford & Isleworth, Ruth Cadbury.
The street will be closed to traffic until the event concludes at 3pm and the party to launch the mural is open to everyone.
There will be live music, hot soup, hot cider, art biscuits, free maps and music, and art projects to participate in on the day which will be of interest to children and adults.
