Trust Talks - Live talks series at the Coal House

A new series of monthly evening talks launches on Thursday 25th January at the Coal House at Woodberry Wetlands.

We are very excited to launch a brand new series of evening talks at the Grade II listed Coal House at Woodberry Wetlands.

Each month, Trust experts will discuss different topics, from orchids and hedgehogs to the history of London Wildlife Trust and the importance of protecting the green spaces in London.

On Thursday 25th Janaury, we welcome ecologist Michael Waller who will be sharing his insight into his passion for orchids and wildflowers. Michael will be discussing his co-founded project ' The Ghost Orchid Project', which is a research initiave seeking to locate the extremely rare ghost orchid in British woods.

We will also be joined by project officer and hedgehog expert Emma Pooley. Emma will be sharing her knowledge of London's 'hogs and explaining how anyone can help the Trust in our bid to track, and ultimately save, the capital's hedgehogs. 

We will have a Q&A session at the end of each session, giving you a chance to have your questions answered by our experts. There will also be a cash bar open throughout the event.
