Thanks for the news. Shame that one of the historic toilets at Peckham Rye was “accidentally demolished” by Network Rail so recently… :/
Boris Johnson is a proven exaggerator and liar, his continued lies should surprise no one.
The train service in the SE (south eastern and southern) has become worse recently (worse than it already was!) for no apparent reason (well, southern have no employees apparently :/). Something does need to be done about their performance that is in their control.
I found this article that I found interesting, not on a typical railway website: http://hackaday.com/2016/03/04/rescuing-the-worlds-first-preserved-railway/
I am curious why you still use “Crossrail”when it was renamed the Elizabeth line some time ago.
Crossrail is still the name of the construction project — it will be named the Elizabeth line when it becomes operational.
