The slow trickle of “happy new year” messages is still coming in, and this one from the London Festival of Architecture is one of the better variants, so I thought I’d put it below.
It neatly blends my love of maps and architecture into one neat package – click for the larger version.
The London Festival of Architecture takes place from 19 June to 4 July 2010 and will be a city-wide celebration of architecture in the capital.
Perhaps Lewisham and Greenwich councils could plan an event showcasing bad apartment architecture….’let us show you how not to do it!’

Is this festival new? I thought Open House every September did exactly the same thing. Not that I’m complaining if they open more buildings up for us to snoop round…
