Taking place from 11am – 4pm in the Market, the Festive Kitchen will be overseen by a different host each day: Angela Clutton, food historian, writer and host of Borough Market’s podcast; Ed Smith, food writer and author of The Borough Market Cookbook; and Jenny Chandler, food writer, author and cook.
All showcasing Borough Market independent traders’ array of seasonal produce including vegetarian and vegan dishes.
