It's a long wide flatbed barge used on the Thames.
It's likely to be delivering something large and heavy, as it's used for engineering and construction projects on the river but can also carry large loads to support commercial logistics.
It's also been used occasionally for PR events, so who knows -- just look out for something odd to happen.
