Carshalton Water Tower and Hermitage
About Carshalton Water Tower and Hermitage
A 300 year old water tower built above a grand summer house.The main building is open to the public on Sunday afternoons from roughly mid-April to October each year, and you can go up onto the roof to walk around the water tower.
Twice a month they include tours of the nearby Hermitage, a grotto built as a decorative feature for the house.

Ticket prices
The Tower costs £2 per adult - children are free.
The same for the Hermitage when it is open.

The Water Tower is usually open every Sunday from mid-April to October between 2.30pm to 5pm.
Sometimes it's closed, so check their website before making a special trip.
The Hermitage is open on the first and third Sunday of the month when the Tower is open.

Accessibility
