Angela is joined by the highly skilled butchers from Borough Market’s Northfield Farm to show off different ways of preparing a classic porchetta – a stuffed joint of belly and loin of pork, which is a fabulous feasting joint for the big Christmas Day meal or any other festive day over the holidays.

They'll be demonstrating how to debone the joint, different stuffing options, how to tie it up and how score the skin to guarantee perfect crackling.
