The event will take place in the middle of Gypsy Roma and Traveller History Month, which is in June every year.

The event will have exhibitions on TM projects and work, live music from a range of Gypsy, Roma and Traveller musicians, a GRT Talent competition / show, a Gypsy blacksmith who will give practical demonstrations throught the day, some mobile food vans (ice cream, tea, coffee and refreshments), a community tent, a children’s activity area, a range of participatory events (it is hoped that West Ham football in the community will run a coaching session,) a boxing demonstration from a local boxing club, hopefully Repton Boxing Club and one or two fairground rides from a Showmans family with Gypsy Traveller Heritage.

There will also be stalls from local groups and agencies such as the fire brigade, education and health projects and other local charities, and Gypsy Roma and Traveller groups, NGOs etc.

There will be charges for the small fairground rides and refreshment stalls.
