Maybe because Cheshunt railway station isn’t step-free acessible or has less trains stopping at Cheshunt except for London Overground trains coming from London Liverpool Street that terminates at Cheshunt.
With some of Greater Anglia trains that do stop at Cheshunt operating on London Liverpool St-Hertford East, Harlow Town, Bishop’s Stortford and Cambridge stopping service. Plus with Stansted Express trains passing through the station at high speed. And Cheshunt station is located not far from Lea Valley water park and Waltham Abbey. And is on the Essex/Hertfordshire border.
Well near to the Essex border. Even though Cheshunt is in Hertfordshire. But could be close to the border with Greater London as it’s to the North of the M25 London Orbital Motorway and nearby Enfield. Which might of been in Middlesex before.

The rating has nothing to so with being accessible or not. It is to do with train performance not facilities.

“An entrepreneur who lost his leg…”. In my mind this idiot lost his right to any compensation due to his irresponsible drinking. Where is the logic in this ? What did the railway company do that was wrong ?
