History of Brockley Rail Station

23rd May 2010TfL took over the station as part of the London Overground on this day.
26th Apr 1893A train carrying cargo packed with straw caught fire and firefighters had to deal with it at Brockley station
6th Mar 1871The station opened on 6 March 1871, being added to the London and Croydon Railway which had opened in 1839.
