History of Bexley Rail Station

17th Feb 2023Work started on adding a new footbridge and lifts to enable step-free access to the station
4th Feb 1997The Bexley derailment took place - when an eastbound EWS freight train derailed near to Bexley station on the Dartford Loop Line.
Circa Jan 1955In 1955 the platforms were extended to accommodate ten carriage trains.
