Join us for an expert-guided walk around Covent Garden (Tuesday 25th October) or Bloomsbury (Thursday 27th October), filled with fascinating insights into each area's most interesting inhabitants, as recognised by English Heritage's Blue Plaques and featured in The English Heritage Guide to London's Blue Plaques. Discover the homes of famous thinkers, inventors, craftsmen, writers revolutionaries and artists as our guides bring London's past to life.
Both tours start and end in front of Stanfords at 12-14 Long Acre and last approximately 1 hour. Children under 5 go free.
Choose either:
Tuesday 25th October: A Blue Plaque Tour of Covent Garden Explore the haunts of Covent Garden's past occupants, including revolutionaries, artists, master craftsmen and Victorian opium fiends... - led by London Blue Badge Guide, Sophie Campbell.
Thursday 27th October: A Blue Plaque Tour of Bloomsbury Discover the buildings where great thinkers and inspirational pioneers lived and worked, in the heart of Bloomsbury. - led by Howard Spencer, Blue Plaques historian.
