They make it easier for customers people to get on and off the train, in particular for people whose mobility aids have small or swivel wheels. The ramps are quick and easy to use. Disruptions: Liverpool Street: No Step Free Access - Step free access to/from the Elizabeth line is not available via the Broadgate entrance / Liverpool St National Rail concourse due to a faulty lift. For step free access use the Moorgate station entrance.
