Start with: Transfer to Liverpool Street Station

Change to: Central line to Stratford

Disruptions: LIVERPOOL STREET UNDERGROUND STATION: From Monday 11 September until autumn 2024, there is a reduced escalator service to/from the Central line platforms. The bank of three escalators at the front end of the eastbound/rear end of the westbound platforms will be out of service while they are replaced. Please use alternative escalators at the other end of the platforms to exit and interchange

Change to: Jubilee line to West Ham

Disruptions: Stratford Underground Station: Mini ramps are available at this station on the Jubilee line platforms. They are designed to cover the small remaining step / or gap between the platform and the train on step-free to train platforms. They make it easier for customers people to get on and off the train, in particular for people whose mobility aids have small or swivel wheels. The ramps are quick and easy to use. Staff are trained to use them and will be happy to provide one for you to use. If you would like to use a mini ramp, please ask for help from staff or press the information button on a help point.

Disruptions: West Ham Underground Station: Mini ramps are available at this station (not on DLR and c2c platforms). They are designed to cover the small remaining step / or gap between the platform and the train on step-free to train platforms. Change to: c2c to Upminster

Disruptions: c2c: Saturday 28 April, no service between Liverpool Street, Stratford and Barking. All trains operate to/from Fenchurch Street via Limehouse and West Ham (for Jubilee line)

Disruptions: c2c: Saturday 28 April, no service between Barking and Grays (via Rainham). For Dagenham Dock, use London Buses routes 287 or EL3 to/from Barking, and route 287 to/from Rainham. A connecting replacement bus operates between Upminster, Rainham, Purfleet and Grays.
