Change to: Southern to London Bridge

Disruptions: SOUTHERN: Wednesday 8, Thursday 9 and Friday 10 May, no stopping Southern service between London Bridge and Crystal Palace / Norwood Junction (via Forest Hill). Use London Underground and London Overground connections.

Change to: Northern line to Clapham Common

Disruptions: LONDON BRIDGE STATION: Please note that step free interchange between the Jubilee and Northern lines is partly at street level, in both directions. Lifts are available between Northern line and Borough High Street entrance then via Borough High Street, St Thomas Street and Joiner Street to the main Underground ticket hall from where lifts are available to/from the Jubilee line.

Change to: London Overground to Canada Water Rail Station

Disruptions: CANADA WATER STATION: This station has short London Overground platforms. Customers are advised to travel in the front 4 coaches and listen to on-board announcements.
