ILFORD STATION: The station is expected to be busy between 0545 and 0815 on Monday to Friday and you may need to queue. Please avoid using the following trains which are expected to be especially busy: 0554, 0639, 0649, 0652 to Liverpool Street.

ILFORD STATION: The ticket office has reduced opening hours to protect customers and staff. Weekdays 06:10-20:00. Saturday 08:00-18:00. Sunday 08:30-18:00

ILFORD STATION: From Wednesday 29 January until late 2020, the Cranbrook Road entrance will be closed whilst a new station entrance is built. A temporary entrance will open in Ilford Hill and the existing York Mews entrance will open throughout the day.

Fares between two stations may vary depending on the direction of travel, time of day and day of the week.

We charge higher fares at the busiest times of the day (usually between 06:30 and 09:30, and between 16:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday).
