WEST HAM STATION: West Ham station is busy between 06:00 and 08:00 on weekdays. If it is possible for you to make a small change to the time you travel, you could have a more comfortable journey and will be able to more easily ensure social distancing can be maintained. If you are using public transport for a legally permitted reason, the quieter times at West Ham are between 08:15 and 16:30, and after 17:30 on weekdays.

We are committed to helping London's schools remain open and operate safely and to help this we will be adding over 200 extra buses to our network from Monday 8 March. We will also be prioritising some of our bus services for school travel from this date. Government guidance allows for all seats to be occupied on these 'school services', doubling their capacity, which is currently limited due to necessary social distancing. These 'school services' will be clearly signed and will operate on several key routes between 0730-0900 (some routes will run until 0930) and 1430-1630 on weekdays. On designated routes 'school services' will operate on an every other bus basis. We ask that schoolchildren travelling without adults use the designated 'school services' where these are provided, to help ensure space for customers on other services.
PARNELL ROAD, E3: Due to emergency Thames Water works, Route 276 is currently on diversion, missing stops between 'Roman Road Market' and 'Wick Lane' in both directions. Buses are diverted via Wick Lane and Tredegar Road.
