Description
The exhibition showcases Feliks Topolski’s lifelong commitment to reportage, using the occasion of Charles III’s coronation to highlight how the artist oscillated between the Establishment and Counter-Culture.
Topolski’s artistic and social core was his Studio on the South Bank, occupied since 1951 and host to open Fridays from the early 1970s. The archive now reopens, for the first time, for a temporary exhibition of his work.
Showing at the Topolski Studio until July 15, before transferring to POSK Gallery, Hammersmith from July 20.
