Description
For many years Sir Norman had a flat in Epsom, and was often seen shopping in the area or eating in his favourite fish and chip shop in Ewell, as well as being a cult figure in Albania!
Bourne Hall Museum has been most fortunate in being able to secure the loan of the official exhibition of his life and work from his family.
The exhibition contains theatre posters, handwritten scripts, and film stills.
His musical instruments will be here along with the original suit used in the Pinewood films and the Aladdin's lamp from the 1956 production The Wonderful Lamp.
There’s also a chance to see his awards including the British Film Academy Award 1954 and New Musical Express 1954 Record of the Year.
