The moon will start to become visible over the horizon from 9pm, but the eclipse wont be visible at that time as it's too close to the horizon.
Realistically it'll be visible from 10pm, and the maximum extent of the eclipse is due at 10:30pm.
During the eclipse, the moon will appear redder than normal.
It will completely finish by midnight.
