Come along to the opening of our Dogs of the First World War exhibition exploring the role of dogs as both companions and workers during the years 1914-18.
Between 1966 and 2006, Libby Hall collected old photographs of dogs, acquiring thousands of images to assemble what is possibly the largest number of canine pictures ever gathered by one person. From this unique collection of remarkable private photographs and commercial postcards Libby Hall has selected her favourite images to reveal the unique bond between man and dog in our Dogs of the First World War exhibition.
