Description

An exhibition of dolls created during the lockdown by the artist John Lee Bird.

Spread over 3 floors of the Ugly Duck premises there will be 800+ dolls (I’m still counting) and large-scale paintings, collages and drawings, lino cuts, sculptures, sound installations and artists books.

Each doll is 13 inches tall, hand-sewn from felt... with beads, buttons, wool and occasionally extra fabrics and embellishments.
