Description

This two-day exhibition will include a variety of sugar and salt sculptures, salt sketches and salt animations all created by an array of well-known artists including:

Gala Bell - a multidisciplinary artist who specialises in the alchemy of matter and uses sugar to create contemporary installations inspired by ideas of value, taste and hierarchy.

Michelle Wibowo – a world-renowned sugar artist and cake sculptor who was chosen among 100 contemporary artists around the world to exhibit a life sized baby cake at Victoria & Albert museum in 2011.

Bashir Sultani – a multimedia artist who is internationally known for his stunning artworks that are created using stop motion animation with salt and black canvas.
