Free FreeFowlers Molly Dancers dance traditional molly dances in December and January each year around south east London.
Molly dancing is a form of English Morris dance, traditionally done by out-of-work ploughboys in midwinter in the 19th century.
The opening tour of the molly season will be in Deptford on Saturday 11th December, visiting the following pubs:
Royal Albert, 460 New Cross Road, SE14 6TJ. Meet from 12.00 to dance at 12.30pm.
Job Centre, 120 Deptford High Street, SE8 4NP. 1.30pm.
Dog and Bell, 116 Prince Street, SE8 3JD, 3pm.
All subject to whatever covid restrictions might be in place at the time.
