Burns Night Blending at the Coal House, Woodberry Wetlands

Sip some special drams at the Coal House.

Enjoy a brief tour of Scottish whiskies and an introduction to flavour pairings whilst you enjoy your complimentary cocktail. Then, create your own dream dram (or three) and take part in some Burns night festivities.
 

See the bats fly overhead as you stroll down our walkway en route to sip your dream drams in the Grade II listed Coal House. Following your complimentary cocktail, we will take you on a tour of diverse Scottish whiskies, explaining what flavours they have and why. After an introduction into flavour balancing and some interesting combinations, we will invite you to create three of your own blends to enjoy during the rest of our Burns night festivities.

 

Come in from the cold and titillate your tastebuds with this unique experience. We’ll be offering a carefully selected range of whiskies for you: from the highlands to the lowlands, from Islay to Edinburgh (plus a few surprises), you’ll have all the tools you need to create something special.

 

The ticket price includes snacks and a beautiful cocktail on arrival to get you ready for the fun ahead.

The venue is 10 minutes’ walk from Manor House underground station (Piccadilly Line) and Stamford Hill railway station. Alternatively, Harringay Green Lanes overground station is approximately 15 minutes walk.
