Steam train passing through southwest London

A note that a steam train will chug its way around Southwest London and out to Surry at lunchtime and return in the afternoon.

Will leave Victoria station at 11am, and return at 4:30pm.

Something to look out for if along the route.

The route timings are usually confirmed a few days before the trip - but likely to pass through Clapham Junction and Barnes.

Enthusiasts will recognise it as 35028 Clan Line, which hauled the legendary Golden Arrow between Dover and London in the 1950s.
