Bullsh!t London's Shakespeare Walk

This event has finished Took place on: Saturday, 5th Mar 2016

 Free

More has been written about Shakespeare than he himself ever wrote, prolific as he was. So what remains to be said? If your answer is 'nothing that I'm interested in' then you're in the right place.

Paying tribute to history’s greatest fictionographer* Bullsh!t London offer a humorous and imaginatory walking tour of Shakespeare's London, a fictitious, ridiculous chronicle of his life and times.
Learn about Shakespeare's tragic Ham and Omelette breakfast. Meet his actual real life surviving children and bewonder them with your poetry. Try on some of his clothes. Avoid catching the bubonic plague and learn the real reason why only men were allowed to act in Shakespeare's plays.

Experience Shakespeare's London in a more immediate and amusing way than you could possibly imagine. “After all what is a lie? Tis but the truth in masquerade.”

*Shakespeare spat out new words like other men spit out spit. So in his spirit the team at Bullsh!t London intend to engorge the dictionary with a canopy of new words. Join them to discover the meaning of the word Chrongle and many others besides.
