Accessibility
There is wheelchair access to most rooms on the ground floor of Keats House. One room is accessible via a ramp from outside on request. Stairs to the basement and upper floor restrict access for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users. We have a low-level interactive touchscreen on the ground floor with information about other rooms in the house.
Large print guides for the permanent galleries and temporary exhibitions are available.
An induction loop is available at the Welcome Desk (you will need to switch your hearing aid to the 'T' position) and in the events rooms.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas.
There is one accessible toilet with a baby changing facility in the garden, adjacent to the house.
