We are committed to helping London's schools remain open and operate safely and to help this we will be adding over 200 extra buses to our network from Monday 8 March. We will also be prioritising some of our bus services for school travel from this date. Government guidance allows for all seats to be occupied on these 'school services', doubling their capacity, which is currently limited due to necessary social distancing. These 'school services' will be clearly signed and will operate on several key routes between 0730-0900 (some routes will run until 0930) and 1430-1630 on weekdays. On designated routes 'school services' will operate on an every other bus basis. We ask that schoolchildren travelling without adults use the designated 'school services' where these are provided, to help ensure space for customers on other services.

BATTERSEA PARK ROAD: From 03:00 Tuesday 06 April to 18:00 Monday 19 April, routes 156 344 and 436 towards Vauxhall are not serving the stop Battersea Park Station due to sewer works. Please use the previous or next stops to board your bus.

TFL RAIL: Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 April, no service between Liverpool Street and Shenfield. Use Central line connections between Liverpool Street and Stratford / Newbury Park. Replacement buses operate.

GREATER ANGLIA: Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 April, no service between Liverpool Street and Ingatestone / Southend Victoria / Southminster. Use Central line connections between Liverpool Street and Newbury Park. No service between Romford - Upminster, New Cross Gate - West Croydon / Crystal Palace, Camden Road - Stratford and Highbury & Islington - Dalston Junction due to planned engineering work.

METROPOLITAN LINE: Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 April, no service between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Aldgate. Use Chiltern Railways services between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Marylebone, however, please note that these services will not call at Rickmansworth this weekend (Metropolitan line trains stop as normal). Replacement buses operate.
