    CHURCH ROAD / COLCHESTER ROAD, HAROLD WOOD: Closed due to a police incident. Route 496 is starting and terminating at Stratton Road (DH) and will not serve stops from Fairford Way (PP/PA) through to Harold Wood Station (B/C) in either direction

    UPPER BRENTWOOD ROAD: Route 496 is on diversion due to a burst water main. Buses towards Romford will miss the stops Western Avenue, Belgrave Avenue and Royal Liberty School. Use the stops Upper Brentwood Road or Gidea Park Station.

              STATION ROAD, UB3: Due to road resurfacing works, from 19:00 to 06:00 on the nights of 4-7 May, ROUTES 90 140 X140 696 E6 AND N140 will be on diversion, missing stops 'Hayes Town' and 'Hayes and Harlington Station' southbound and from 'Fairey Corner' to 'Hayes Town' northbound. Buses are diverted via North Hyde Road, Dawley Road, Printing House Lane and Botley Lane.
