Change to: Jubilee line to Baker Street

Disruptions: London Bridge Underground Station: Mini ramps are available at this station on the Jubilee line platforms. They are designed to cover the small remaining step / or gap between the platform and the train on step-free to train platforms. They make it easier for customers people to get on and off the train, in particular for people whose mobility aids have small or swivel wheels. The ramps are quick and easy to use. Disruptions: LONDON BRIDGE STATION: Please note that step free interchange between the Jubilee and Northern lines is partly at street level, in both directions. Lifts are available between Northern line and Borough High Street entrance then via Borough High Street, St Thomas Street and Joiner Street to the main Underground ticket hall from where lifts are available to/from the Jubilee line.

Change to: Bakerloo line to Queen's Park

Change to: London Overground to Wembley Central Rail Station

Disruptions: Wembley Central: No Step Free Access - Step free access is not available to the southbound Bakerloo line / London Overground platform due to a faulty lift. Call us on 0343 222 1234 if you need help planning your journey.
