Travel disruption notes
SOUTHERN RAILWAY: Tuesday 21, Thursday 23 and Saturday 25 June, no service between London Bridge and Streatham Common (via Tulse Hill), due to strike action. Limited London Overground services may be available at Queens Road Peckham and Peckham Rye. South Bermondsey, East Dulwich, North Dulwich, Tulse Hill and Streatham will be closed.
LONDON BRIDGE STATION: Please note that step free interchange between the Jubilee and Northern lines is partly at street level, in both directions. Lifts are available between Northern line and Borough High Street entrance then via Borough High Street, St Thomas Street and Joiner Street to the main Underground ticket hall from where lifts are available to/from the Jubilee line.
THAMESLINK: Tuesday 21, Thursday 23 and Saturday 25 June, no service between London Bridge and Rainham. SouthEastern will operate a limited service stopping at Deptford, Greenwich, Charlton, Woolwich Arsenal, Plumstead, Abbey Wood, Slade Green and Dartford. Maze Hill and Westcombe Park will be closed. All stations beyond Dartford will be closed.
GREEN PARK STATION: from Monday 28 February until late June 2022 escalator maintenance work is taking place. There will be no down escalator service to the Jubilee line platforms between 0700 and 1000, Monday to Friday. If you enter the station, or transfer from the Victoria line onto the Jubilee line at these times, please follow the temporary signs and allow more time for your journey. Staff will be available to provide information. From the Victoria line you can use these alternative routes to avoid changing trains at Green Park: To Canary Wharf: Use London Overground services from Highbury & Islington and change at Canada Water. To London Bridge: Use direct Thameslink services from Finsbury Park or St Pancras. To Waterloo: use the Bakerloo line from Oxford Circus. At other times a reduced escalator service to the Jubilee line will be available. Step-free access will also be available during the work.
Central London Bus Review: We are consulting on withdrawing some individual bus routes or sections of routes where they are covered by other high-frequency services or are close to alternative stops. These proposals aim to ensure we still have a strong bus service to support London’s economic recovery, while simplifying the network to ensure buses are operating frequently and reliably in the areas that need them most. The changes being consulted on are intended to cause as little disruption to passengers as possible, while making the required savings. The Hopper Fare will continue to allow customers to change between buses within 60 minutes of starting journeys without having to pay more.
