A ramp is provided at this station providing step-free access onto Central line trains. Please ask staff in the ticket hall at the start of your journey to ensure the ramp will be available when you arrive at your destination.

GOODMAYES: Platforms 2 and 4, towards Shenfield, and Platform 3, towards Liverpool Street, are now step-free as new lifts have been installed. Please note that Platform 1 towards Liverpool Street, which TfL Rail trains use at times of disruption or engineering works, is not presently step-free.
