Huge enclosed garden laid out in Victorian times and is now half research centre and half visitor attraction.Notable for the large Victorian era iron and glass greenhouses, the largest in London.
Also, there are a number of other attractions, including the tree height walkway, a pagoda, numerous themed gardens and the riverside walk.
Expect to spend at least half a day inside to get value for the entry price.
