Divorced. Beheaded. Live in the West End!

From Tudor queens to pop icons, the six wives of Henry VIII take the mic in Six The Musical, a high-energy remix of five hundred years of heartbreak, sass, and sisterhood. This global sensation, set to an electrifying pop score, reimagines history with a rebellious twist—don’t miss your chance to experience this 75-minute celebration of empowerment at its permanent home, the Vaudeville Theatre. Featuring an all-female cast and band, this critically acclaimed hit is the ultimate histo-remix!

The HERstory Behind Six The Musical

What started as a student project at the 2017 Edinburgh Fringe Festival has grown into an international pop-musical phenomenon. Created by Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, who drew inspiration from Antonia Fraser’s The Six Wives of Henry VIII and Lucy Worsley’s documentary series, Six blends Tudor history with Beyoncé-level flair.

Since its professional debut, Six has dazzled audiences on both sides of the Atlantic. It made its North American premiere at Chicago Shakespeare Theater, secured five Olivier Award nominations (including Best Musical) in London, and earned Drama League Award nods on Broadway. After a triumphant return to London’s Arts Theatre, the show temporarily moved to the Lyric Theatre before finding its forever castle at the Vaudeville Theatre.

Join the Queens—Catherine, Anne, Jane, Anna, Katherine, and Catherine—as they reclaim their stories with a fierce, feminist edge and show you what really went down in Henry’s court.
