Welcome the Year of the Snake with an evening of calligraphy workshops, tea tastings, talisman making and an immersive musical performance from Musician in Residence Daniel Tsz-shing Lei.
Daniel Tsz-shing Lei presents ‘Fading Memory’
Experience the captivating sound of the Dizi bamboo flute in a special performance by Musician in Residence, Daniel Tsz-shing Lei.
Fading Memory, performed in collaboration with visual artist Chloe Tam, reimagines traditional instruments found in the Horniman Collections. With immersive visuals Fading Memory invites audiences to recall their own fading memories and reflect how memory can be created and recreated through music.
Aquarium
Entrance to Horniman Lates is free.
You can purchase a £5 combined entry ticket to the Horniman Aquarium.
Child tickets for the Aquarium will be charged at the standard rate of £3 for the Aquarium.
Child and Universal Credit tickets can only be booked in person at the ticket desk.
