Description
An immersive multimedia exhibition by British artist Lottie Davies exploring grief, loss, loneliness, and the human search for meaning through time and landscape.
Quinn: Until the Land Runs Out is a large-scale multimedia project created by British photographer, artist, and writer Lottie Davies. It recounts the eponymous fictional journey of a young man, William Henry Quinn, who walks from the south-west of England to the far north of Scotland in post-Second World War Britain.
A meditation on grief, loss, loneliness, the human search for meaning, and the possibility of redemption through time and landscape, Quinn incorporates photography, moving image, text and installations.
Davies’ installation at gallery@oxo creates a contemporary, immersive and thought-provoking experience for all ages.
