What will be in our future fridge? Chat to scientists about how food affects health and wellbeing, vertical farming, and the future of food.

The opening event will explore the science of, as well as exploring science through, food. Unpack what our food may look like in the future and why what we eat is important with scientists and external practitioners through creative workshops, live experiments, and bite-sized talks.

Imperial Lates are a relaxed, social way for the public to get up close and personal with fascinating research happening across Imperial College London, with a bar serving refreshments and a DJ playing music.
