Millwall Fire Station open day

This summer London's fire stations be opening their red doors to the public for a number of open day events across London.

Fire stations will be hosting open days throughout the summer months for the local communities. The aim of these events is to provide residents and visitors an opportunity to meet their local firefighters and hear valuable life-saving safety advice.

Everyone is invited to go along to meet the crews, watch rescue demonstrations, learn about fire safety, and see some of their cutting-edge vehicles and equipment up close. There will be lots of activities for children – and those big kids that have always wanted to sit in a fire engine.

The open days are completely free to attend and there’s no need to book.

Each fire station will have a different set up depending on their location and facilities.
