Joanna tells us about their often surprising beginnings and the significant events in their history which put them on the path to world-wide fame.
Joanna also gives some insight into how she does her research. This will be of interest to anyone undertaking local history projects
Joanna Moncrieff is a qualified City of Westminster and Clerkenwell and Islington Tour Guide. She has been leading guided walks and more recently virtual tours in the West End, Clerkenwell & Islington, Walthamstow and Chingford since 2009.
