Historic Cranford Park has many areas to explore in its 144 acres. Today you can visit the archaeological excavations and secret garden, explore the stables and church, and take part in a new artwork.

Cranford Park is a historic countryside park that was originally the grounds of Cranford House (demolished 1945). It still features a number of historical relics including a walled garden, icehouse, a restored 18th century stable block and the medieval St Dunstan's Church and graveyard which was mentioned in the Domesday Book. It is known for the ghost of the Grey Lady who is said to haunt the park.

At this special event you can see the new archaeological excavations and visit the original stables that are not normally open to the public. You can explore the Secret Garden with its beautiful colours and scents. Take part in creating a new artwork with artist, Tim Pugh, and follow a trail around the grounds.
