£5 £5Barnet Medieval Festival is London’s only medieval festival of its kind and is dedicated to engaging people in the history of the Battle of Barnet and its significance within the Wars of the Roses.
The festival will be commemorating the 550th anniversary of the Battle of Barnet with a special programme of battle re-enactments, gunnery, archery display and talks, together with living history encampments, a medieval market and children’s activities.
Fought on 14th April 1471, the Battle of Barnet saw Edward IV lead his Yorkist army to victory against the Lancastrian forces led by the Earl of Warwick.
The Festival will be a ticket-only event: free entry for children and £5 for adults.
