Join designer Harris Elliott for a discussion of the upcycled 'Le Tings' Scandal bags, made from rice bags sourced from West Africa, encompassing stories of identity and culture.
The 'Le Tings' bags that tell stories all by themselves.
Join creative director Harris Elliott for a conversation which examines repurposing, style and identity through the lens of the black experience. Amidst a concern for losing fragments of cultural history through fast fashion, Le Tings celebrates how we can reinterpret references by reconstructing diaspora narratives.
The talk will be held on Zoom and all ticket holders will receive a link to join on the morning of the event.
