We are creating a buzz at Stanfords and thrilled to welcome Sarah Wyndham Lewis from Bermondsey Street Bees with her latest book Planting for Honeybees.

After 100 million years on earth, times have never been tougher for the bees. Join us for a wonderful evening of ideas and discussion and learn what we can all do to help.

Not a traditional gardening book, Planting for Honeybees is a wide - ranging (and often surprising!) source of information about bees, plants and biodiversity to enjoy at any level you choose, whether you are an experienced gardener or an absolute beginner.

Bees and plants have a sophisticated and delicate symbiosis. Now Planting for Honeybees shows you how you can help our honeybees and many other pollinators to flourish.

No matter how small or large your space – from country acres to a city window ledge - Sarah offers straightforward and practical advice on how, where and what to grow. Charmingly illustrated with delicate drawings, this is a jewel of a guide to treasure.

We are also excited to be serving a complimentary delicious non-alcoholic honey cocktail.

Cost: £5
