Sir John Tenniel: Illustrating Alice

An illustrated talk by Dr Leo John De Freitas, one of Britain's leading authorities on the history of illustration, on the work of Sir John Tenniel. This year we celebrate the 200th anniversary of the birth of Tenniel, the Victorian illustrator and cartoonist whose illustrations immortalised the 'Alice' books. The talk will be held on the anniversary of his birthday.
