Built in 1123, St Bartholomew the Great survived the Great Fire of 1666, the bombs dropped in Zeppelin raids in World War I and the Blitz of World War II. Home not only to stunning architecture, the church also has its own Damien Hirst sculpture, tombs and monuments, and even a few ghost stories…
