Lunchtime Lecture: Christian Dior and the Avant Garde

In this talk, Dr Alison Bancroft will uncover the links between avant garde thinking in art, and the fashion from Christian Dior, starting with the work of Mr Dior himself, through to the more recent collections from the current Creative Director, Maria Grazia Chiuri.
